About adroil.com
Every day I receive telephone calls and correspondence from customers and real people seeking straightforward information, and that is something I truly enjoy. Almost all of the correspondence concerns positive experiences people have with our products. I hear stories about cost savings through extended drain intervals, improved fuel economy or just better running cars. In many cases this leads to new friendships for me. The extremely rare complaints that I receive, I take very seriously and do what is necessary to get the issue resolved. I must admit, however, that the correspondence I enjoy most is from people seeking advice. I can tell they are serious about learning what synthetic lubricants and efficient filters can do for them, and that carries a lot of weight with me. If a customer is willing to put in the effort, so am I. My existing customers know that I’m available to them anytime and I they have 100 percent of my attention when they call or email me. My aim is to build an honest relationship with my current and “future” customers by providing them with answers which address what they are trying to achieve and identifying their individual needs. Let’s be honest here; there have been a few (very few) occasions where I don’t have a product that will meet the persons particular needs. Believe me; I fully understand the fears and tribulations of making a change in something that you have been doing for a long, long time. When I started as an AMSOIL Dealer in 1986, I never claimed to be the smartest guy on the block (I’m still not). What I did have was a boat-load of common sense and determination – I had a burning desire to succeed, to learn every aspect of lubrication and about filters. I could have “thrown-in-the-towel” when other people told me that “no oil can last that long” or “the price is too high” or “it will mess up your engine” or “it will void the warranty.” And theses obstacles remain today. We’re constantly struggling with the confusing information and misleading advertising from other oil companies, auto dealerships and people in the maintenance industry. I can’t fault the “other” oil companies or businesses or the mechanic who claims that the engine oil should be changed every 3,000-miles; after all, the only way they can earn a profit is to sell you a pre-mature oil change which will enable them to up-sell you another service or parts. The point is; this web site has been created for your benefit, not mine. AMSOIL products perform as advertised and you will experience the same advantages of our existing customers. Fell free to explore this web site – call or e-mail me with your particular questions, concerns or comments. I’m at your service and I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely Albert “AL” Rich
